On a very deep plot, but only directly on the road, a concept was developed for a new three-storey building as a garden house with 14 age-appropriate apartments.

All apartments have spacious loggias or terraces overlooking the countryside. The curved facade reacts to the protected tree population and creates free space with individual character. The planning was carried out until the building application was ready.

The result is a concept with an individual touch, which puts age-appropriate living in harmony with spacious living spaces and nature in the center.
