We provide all architectural services and project management services in our own office and cooperate as general planners with our project partners in surveying services, building physics, structural design and technical building equipment.
Since the founding of the office in 2005, we have been working on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. These include not only the new construction and conversion of several railway stations, the renovation of opera houses and concert halls, the high-quality conversion of Berlin apartment buildings in central locations and sophisticated commercial buildings, but also extensions to offices, restaurants and interdisciplinary projects in cooperation with Berlin artists and creative agencies.
From the complex challenges of the respective existing buildings, the technical requirements and the functional specifications, Schmidt&Pütz develops contemporary, sophisticated architecture in close dialogue with the clients. Carefully composed structures and selected materials create buildings that can be experienced, sometimes poetically, but also functionally and economically.
