Equipped with state-of-the-art computer equipment, widescreen monitors and an extensive software portfolio that is up to date, we have all the tools to lead complex construction projects to success. A few years ago, we already introduced the BIM methodology in the office and optimise it daily in our processes in order to be able to successfully realise the increasingly complex requirements. Mobile working with fully comprehensive access to our own servers, telephone communication with a "one-number" concept and all tools for online conferences are just as important as equipping the office with contemporary furniture.
Our spacious office is located between the TV Tower, Hackescher Markt and Museum Island in the beautiful heart of Berlin. Here we are creative together and accompany our clients as a strong partner. In our bright and friendly offices, we work on our projects in small agile groups, meet on our balconies for informal exchanges or use our conference room, which is equipped with all modern communication tools and where we hold online and offline meetings.

As a trained civil engineer and architect, Adolf Pütz realised demanding sports and industrial buildings as well as buildings for public clients with his office formerly based in Düsseldorf. In the 1990s, he and his office moved to Berlin. Here, his portfolio was expanded to include the renovation of old buildings and prefabricated slabs, traffic buildings, hotel complexes and the project management of complex large-scale projects and technical building assessments. In 2005, he founded his current office Schmidt&Pütz in Berlin, which offers a broad and diverse profile in the field of public buildings, traffic buildings and residential construction.
