Facts

In the immediate vicinity of the medieval city walls of Brandenburg an der Havel, a residential building with 53 apartments is being built on an almost unused plot of land with garages.

The property is located in a transition area between the Wilhelminian block edges and open solitary construction from the post-war period with a view of the Havel. As the last detached solitary building, the new building complements the row building before the urban block edges begin. The Havel is thus visible from the flats and is used as a design motif. The asymmetrically rounded balconies, continuous horizontal facade strips and a swing flat roof on the recessed staggered floor are reminiscent of wave movements of the water. All ground floor apartments have their own garden access, the staggered apartments have their own roof terraces.

In a central location, directly adjacent to the old town, high-quality apartments with a view of the Havel, as well as garden access, balconies or roof terraces are being built.
