In the immediate vicinity of the medieval city walls of Brandenburg an der Havel, a residential building with 53 apartments is being built on an almost unused plot of land with garages.

The property is located in a transition area between the Wilhelminian block edges and open solitary construction from the post-war period with a view of the Havel.
