The four-storey corner building with side wings and already extended roof was upgraded by adding balconies and designing the facade, and the quality of individual apartments was improved by reorganizing the floor plan.
The large facade of the corner building was carefully structured by a few cornice bands and stucco elements. A special feature is the 84 m long frieze on parapet height of the top floor made of 46 cm high ceramic slabs in 4 different light pastel shades. The colours are arranged in an irregular order without the formation of rhythms or environmental references, forming a shimmering colour line that, despite its size and novelty, sets a discreetly sensitive accent.
A representative old building with particularly spacious flats was realized.
